After reading through buyer reviews and conducting my own review on M&S longline bras, it seems that the cups tend to run on the larger side! Also, when the description says “added stretch”, which M&S writes on a lot of their bras meant for comfort, it actually means (to me) to order a size down in the band! This fabric will stretch quite a bit. Take that into consideration.

My notes:
At first glance, I figured the model was wearing a white bra underneath this one because it was see-through lace. Now that I’ve had a closer look, it looks like this bra is padded (as it says up there in the product details). It’s probably to keep the lace from chafing, I just wonder why they didn’t make the padding black instead of nude/white?

Is that a ruffley red heart on Bettie's butt? Yes it is!
Bows, ruffles and hearts! I think this lingerie look, inspired by Bettie Page, is perfect for Valentine’s Day. But, you know, in a classy way. Not an “I-barely-escaped-an-explosion-in-a-ruffle-factory” way.
These high waist briefs by Miss La La have an unusual and romantic hand pleated heart motif on the back. These vintage knickers are fully lined in a feminine baby pink satin creating a smooth womanly silhouette.
This striking satin Miss La La brief takes its inspiration from heart shaped chocolate boxes and it speaks of old school Hollywood glamour.
I’ve seen a lot of cute ruffley pin-up girl lingerie but this is the sexiest! Why? Because those aren’t ruffles on the high-waisted panties. I’m just not a fan of those. They make your butt look bigger and who needs that!? Under clothes, you look like you’re wearing a diaper, even if it’s a loose-fitting skirt. I do like flirty ruffles on bras because your bust will always look more voluminous.

Marks & Spencer (M&S) British retailer has some gorgeous collections for Fall/Winter 2010. The beauty and class of the Portfolio and Autograph Collections are what prompted me to write this post.
A Touch of History
M and S has always run newspaper and/or magazine ads since the early 1950s, but the introduction of some famous stars such as Twiggy and David Jason in various TV ads has helped raise the company’s profile. Twiggy first appeared in 1967, returning later in 1995 and 2005.
Marks & Spencer also has a Twiggy collection up on their site featuring Twiggy outfits from their Christmas TV Advert. But it’s their lingerie I love best, here are a few of my top picks!
